Some conditions herein may be applicable only to a certain category of Website users, which may either be expressly stated or can be logically construed.

By clicking on the “Create an Account" button at the end of the page containing the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use or by providing us with your Personal Information, or by authorizing a third party to provide us with Your Personal Information, or by making use of the facilities or services provided by the Website, You hereby consent to the collection, storage, processing, disclosure and transfer of your Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

  6. Email address,

  7. Medical registration license details, if You are a doctor,

  8. Area of expertise/interest of investigators,

  9. Investigator’s clinical research experience,

  10. Name, Qualifications and Experience of research staff associated with a Site;

  11. Physical, physiological and mental health conditions, provided by You and/or your doctor,

  12. personal medical records and history,

  13. Login ID and password,

  14. User details as provided at the time of registration or thereafter,

  15. Records of interaction with Infiuss Health representatives,

  16. Your usage details such as time, frequency, duration and pattern of use, features used and the amount of storage used,

  17. Master and transaction data and other data stored in Your user account,

  18. Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, files accessed, errors generated, time zone, operating system and other visitor details collected in Our log files,

  19. Any other information that is willingly shared by You

  3. You acknowledge that some countries where we may transfer your Personal Information may not have data protection laws that are as stringent as the laws of your own country. You acknowledge that it is adequate that when Infiuss Health transfers Your Personal Information to any other entity within or outside Your country of residence, Infiuss Health will place contractual obligations on the transferee which will oblige the transferee to adhere to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
